Issue for this PR
Closes #30033
Type of change
What does this PR do?
Fixes the desktop provider connection flow so API-key providers can ask for required setup fields before saving credentials.
Cloudflare Workers AI now prompts for the Cloudflare Account ID, matching the TUI behavior, and stores it as auth metadata alongside the API key.
Preferred over the other PR connected to the issue as that one adds some custom prompts just for the cloudflare-workers-ai provider, whil this covers all providers that will have this input required.
